“There is sherry, and then there is Lustau”
Codesma local wine provider, in collaboration with the team of Restaurant Roca
Tranquila, presents the internationally known Sherry Bodega: Emilio Lustau, with
sherry tasting and gourmet tapas created especially for the occasion by our chef Kasper
Nielsen.
Sherry is in our opinion, a highly underestimated wine, so it deserves a revival, and to
prove that, we have chosen a sherry tasting with the exclusive, international known
brand: Lustau.
There are many other sherry wineries, and they all aspire to make wine
like Bodega Emilio Lustau. This winery makes the most elegant “crispy” sherries to the
creamiest overwhelming sweet sherries.
The bodega is represented all over the world in restaurants and vinotheques which have
wines that are carefully selected by some of the best sommeliers in the world.
The Sherries of Lustau are top listed in the Spanish wine guide The Peñin Guide,
where they are listed as some of the best Sherries in the region of Jerez, and
in addition to the many awards, the great wine connoisseur Robert Parker has as well
preference for this Bodega.
Pablo from Bodega Lustau comes especially from Jerez de la Frontera do the sherry
tasting, and will attend the dinner with Creative Tapas Tasting together with Diego and
Paco from Codesma Vinos, to answer all questions and doubts that may arise.
Restaurant Roca Tranquila´s Chef Kasper Nielsen, will create an unforgettable tapas
menu to accompany the Sherries, and together with Restaurant Manager Trine Roemer,
they will make sure that it is going to be a great experience.

The whole sherry tasting will be held in three different languages: English, Spanish and
Danish.

Ana Cisneros Jazz Trio Live Performane
Every friday - From 9:30pm to 12:00pm
Ana Cisneros was born in Malaga where she did her first musical studies. From an early age she began her professional career as a singer in different groups.
With one of these formations she wins the Young Malaga Musicians Competition awarded with the recording of an album with original songs. In 1997 she travels to Denmark and lives there for two years where she participates in different projects such as "Borderless" with the group "Whiteday, and also leads her own quartet with local musicians.
With them she tours in Copenhagen and other cities as Kalumborg. At this stage she begins her development as a jazz singer, singing in various clubs in collaborating with musicians such as Fernando Di Marco, Soren Hamerich or Allan Gardersoe among others.
In 1999 she returns to Malaga and continues her career participating in various festivals such as The International Jazz de Sevilla, with Sheila Jordan, Festivals in Motril or Tavira (Portugal), with Aaron Goldberg.
Later she forms her own quintet and participates in various circuits and Jazz Festivals in Andalucía. Since 2004 she lives in Barcelona where she leads various groups and collaborates with musicians such as Ignasi Terraza, Steve Pi, David Xirgu, Jorge Rossi, Albert Sanz, Joe Smith, Christopher Montesdeoca, Bruce Arkin, Dimitri Skidanov, Pere Loewe, Michele Faber Henry Oliver, Dave Mitchell, Marc Aiza, etc.
One of the groups in which she works recently is her Trio with Ana Cisneros Voice and Repercussion, Michele Faber Piano and Dimitri Skidanov Bass. With this group she has released her first album with the label "Edicions Singular" (Tarragona).

9:30 Meet Andi and trine for coffee and cake
10:00 - 14:0 In the function suite, christmas flower fun with Andi, during whic time she will demostrate two designs which you will then make and take home. Andi will also create a special piece which wil then be raffled. There will also be a coffee break during this session.
14:00 Three course luncheon designed especially by internationally acclaimed Danish Chef kasper Nielsen including wine (1 grass each of red & white) and water, followed by coffee and petit fours. This will be taken in the beautiful surroundings of the Roca Tranquila Restaurant.
16:00 - 16:30 Time for home where you can show off wonderful creations.
This floral and gastronomic feast of fun is available for only 100 euros per person and includes lunch and refreshments as above and all your flowers and mechanics.
